I Go Off

I took some good advice and walked away,
Before I could become enraged,
I lose it quickly when I cant,
make other people understand,
I'm learning using self-control,
inside me so I dont explode,
Though every time I can't expect,
To keep my temper here in check,
As usual I start to crack,
I lose my mind and I fucking snap,

When I can't tame this inner rage,
I lose my mind and I can't contion it,
I burn all means of self-control,
Let all my peaceful feelings go,

So now I take it and push it,
Away in your Head,
Not paying attention to what I said,
Offended by me and the things I did,
The people who saw the way I live,
They don't understand how much I've lost,
I'm paying the price for when I go off,

Slowly I'm turning and losing my head,
Feeding the Yearning of going ballictic,
Talking is useless no turning away,
Paying with giving nothing gained,
Now I'm breaking my habits I'm fighting within,

Facing my anger I'm feeling so lost,
