Hundred Times As Good

How can you go on this way?
A waste of every day
It's meaningless and sad
And I just have to say
That no one really wants to see you try
They like how you don't bitch about your slice of pie
I think you're a hundred times as good

Now what makes you want to stay?
I ask it everyday
It's not as if they had
Respect for what you say
Cuz they don't really want you to succeed
They're happy with the way you have a need for them
I think you should push them all away
Even if you stay and succeed
you will know that it's nonsense
And it doesn't wash off for a very long time

So don't be the one that didn't have the nerve
To stand up for yourself because you had to serve
Someone with some pretty dumb ideas
