Heaven is a Night Drive

When I notice my heart feels tight
And all wrung out
The only place I find any comfortIs on the cold ground

A glowing lane to lead me
Neon memories fading slowly
Soft rain falling
And haloed street lamps pass by gently

Echoes of lonely times
But for now, I ride past blurry lights
I′m sure that when I die

When I'm making bets to my open chest
The world dies out
Circling the dark out the window
Is death to my heart

Beyond the hazy high beams
To the skyline reaching lightly
Got no worries
