In the middle of the day
Sometimes my Mom will say

It's time for your siesta."
A siesta means a nap
And so I'm here in bed,
But wishing Mom had said
"It's time for your Fiesta."
YA-HOO-HOO-HOO!

That means a party

With lots of girls and boys

With one big pinata
And little toy trumpets
To make lots of noise!
