[A Tribute to The Victims and Their Families]

We watch the news in awe and shock,
The people who made the nation rock.
They can hurt our bodies and take some lives,
But they'll never hurt our US pride.
So here we stand, a nation as one,
Knowing the fight has just begun.

Here we stand, undivided
We stand united, stronger than before.
We know that we will survive,
It's the innocent lives that we're fighting for.

We all shed tears on that day,
Left speechless, with nothing left to say.
But we held our place, and we moved on,

We dried our eyes like nothing was wrong.

They tried to bring us down, but we didn't fall,
We held our ground, through it all.
